TOTO CHILD SAFETY AND PROTECTION POLICY
Effective Date: October 1, 20251. Purpose, Commitment, And Definition
Toto maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). These standards apply to all users and to all content shared, created, or transmitted through the Toto Service, including profiles, messages, media uploads, live chat, and any other interactive features.
For the purposes of this Policy, a child is defined as any individual under eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
Toto enforces these standards rigorously: any confirmed violation results in the immediate and permanent termination of the user's account without prior notice.
2. Prohibited Content And Behaviors
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will lead to permanent account termination and potential legal reporting. This list is non-exhaustive:
- Creating, uploading, requesting, sharing, trading, or distributing CSAM of any kind.
- Grooming, solicitation of a minor, sextortion, trafficking, or any attempt to sexualize a child.
- Posting or sending sexualized comments about a minor, encouraging a minor to share sexual content, or attempting to move communication to another platform for sexual purposes.
Any misuse of live chat, private messages, or other features that could endanger children.
3. Reporting And In-App Safety Tools
Users can take immediate action through the Block and Report features available within the Service:
- In any profile or chat, select More (...) → Block & Report, choose "Underage" or the most relevant category, and submit details.
The Block option instantly stops all contact from the reported user.
All reports concerning potential child-safety risks are treated with highest priority. Verified content is removed and offending accounts are banned immediately.
4. Enforcement And Moderation
Toto employs a combination of automated detection systems and 24/7 human moderation to identify potential CSAE or CSAM.
- Confirmed violations result in immediate account suspension and permanent ban, without prior notice.
- Associated content is removed, and related device identifiers or linked accounts may also be restricted.
- Evidence of confirmed CSAE/CSAM is securely preserved where required by law for reporting and investigative purposes.
5. Legal Compliance And Reporting To Authorities
Toto complies with all applicable child-protection and reporting laws.
Confirmed cases of CSAM or child exploitation are reported to the appropriate national or international authorities, such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States, and/or other relevant local agencies.
Toto fully cooperates with lawful investigations in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection regulations.
6. Age Requirements, Data Handling, And Content Removal
The Toto Service is intended for use by adults aged eighteen (18) or older.
If you believe that a minor is using the Service, please:

Accounts reasonably believed to belong to minors will be restricted, reviewed, and permanently removed where appropriate.
